Maksteel USA is seeking to hire a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team. Maksteel is a growing steel service center with nearly 60 years of experience. While experience in the steel industry is preferred, it is not mandatory. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Our goal is to build strong relationships with our customers by providing high levels of service, value-added opportunities, and professionalism in all interactions, aiming to become a valued part of their supply chain and production teams.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the timely and safe handling of truck traffic.
• Process incoming invoices with proper coding for payment.
• Scan and perform all necessary computer functions to track goods.
• Arrange loads for shipments.
• Operate a forklift and/or overhead crane as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience related to shipping and receiving.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with steel products is a plus.
• Good communication, writing, and computer skills.
• Ability to read tape measures, micrometers, and calipers.
• Excellent organizational skills.
