Job Summary

Join our Menomonee Falls, WI team as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk. In this role, you will receive, ship, identify, and verify complete transactions to process inventory.

What You Will Do

• Operate all necessary equipment including but not limited to sit-down forklift truck, pallet hand truck, digital scale, desktop, and computer/printer.
• Packing product by following a procedure.
• Process shipments via UPS Worldship and FedEx Ship Manager.
• Receive PO/RMA/GFE material via MRP system and E-quipment.
• Uncrating large products then placing them on pallets using a crane.
• Receive workflow and verify against purchase order the invoice quantity.
• Use hand tools like drills, hammers, and crowbars to uncrate and crate products.

Education & Experience Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Requires some inventory/warehousing computer skills such as retrieving data and looking up information.
• Ability to utilize an RF handheld scanner.
• Previous experience operating a stand-up forklift.
• 1-2 years of previous warehouse/inventory/shipping or DRS experience.
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy while dealing with a high level of repetitiveness.
• Responsible for employee compliance with safety requirements daily.
• Supportive and active participation in continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Able to stand for up to 9 hours a day.
• Walking, lifting, bending, stooping, and kneeling.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include frequent use of a computer monitor.
