NCAB Group in Itasca, IL is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse team. You will troubleshoot shipping issues, prepare domestic and international shipments, verify labels and documentation, and cooperate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualificações

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience required.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.

• Inventory management or ERP experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibility

Responsabilidades

• Verify quantities, part numbers, labels, date codes, profiles, and shipping documents.
• Use UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, DHL.com, and other shipping platforms.
• Monitor shipments, investigate discrepancies, and follow up on delays.
• Communicate with multiple departments and locations to resolve problems.
• Assist with training, process improvements, and team backup.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient warehouse.
