Job Overview: The Shipping Receiving Clerk is responsible for the daily flow of supplies coming into and out of the warehouse.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Responsible for keeping the warehouse neat and well-organized by sorting inventory and stocking the warehouse with items. Sweeping and light cleaning duties are also necessary to keep the warehouse neat.
  • Maintain inventory records so that inventory lists and/or databases reflect the amount of stock in the warehouse at any given time.
  • Unloading delivery trucks and loading trucks
  • Must be flexible when working in the Austin region.
  • Maintain open communication with Project Managers regarding the status of materials
  • Maintain outstanding customer interaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent Data Entry skills
  • 1-3 years of previous warehouse support/customer service experience
