Job summary

Smyth Companies LLC is hiring a Shipping/Receiving Associate in Minneapolis, MN. This full-time clerical role involves managing shipping/receiving, ensuring accurate counts and documentation, and supporting lean improvements while contributing to a high-standard customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Must be able to perform heavy work (up to 50 lbs) and handling up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and receiving activities with accurate counts and documentation; resolve discrepancies.
• Route documentation to the proper recordkeeping unit (Accounts Payable).
• Maintain warehouse accuracy, control, and organization.
