Job summary

Whitmore is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our logistics team in Rockwall, TX. You will ensure the timely processing of shipments, load goods, and maintain accurate inventory while upholding safety standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts. Expect a 2-2-3 schedule with 6am-6pm shifts and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and handle physical responsibilities.
• Experience with sit-down and stand-up forklifts preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Pack, stage, and load orders onto trucks and containers.
• Lift 50 lbs. without restriction and perform bending and lifting as needed.
• Conduct cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Use RF scanning equipment to verify inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
