Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and domestic and international shipments in Franklin, MA. The role involves picking, packing, preparing shipments, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience.
• Experience with order picking, packing, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to operate warehouse material handling equipment.
• Basic math, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and warehouse safety.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Process domestic and international shipments and shipping manifests.
• Prepare and coordinate shipments for trade shows.
• Package hazardous materials following safety procedures.
• Receive and organize finished goods; maintain shipping records.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers, and other equipment.
• Assist with general warehouse operations as needed.
