Job summary

Whitmore Terrell is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our logistics team in Terrell, TX. The role focuses on timely and accurate processing of shipments and deliveries, contributing to overall supply chain efficiency.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–4:30pm. Duties include operating forklifts, packing, staging, loading, cycle counts, RF scanning, and maintaining a clean warehouse. A High School Diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to perform cycle counts and use RF scanning.

Responsibilities

• Operate Powered Industrial Vehicles in a safe and appropriate manner.
• Pack, stage, and load outgoing orders and materials onto trucks and containers.
• Must be able to lift and/or pull 50 lbs. without restriction
• Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head
• Conducts cycle counts as requested
• Must be able to use RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly warehouse environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager
