RPM Industries is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate in Washington, PA. You will pull, package, label parts for shipment, verify incoming materials, and coordinate pickups with carriers while supporting other departments as needed.

The role requires forklift experience, basic math and computer skills, good communication, and the ability to work as part of a production team. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with overtime opportunities; you must be able to lift up to 80 pounds and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience and warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Good communication and organizational skills essential.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Pull, package, and label parts for shipment.
• Receive incoming materials and verify shipments.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers.
• Communicate with customers and vendors regarding shipping information.
• Report shipment discrepancies or inventory issues.
• Operate warehouse equipment when trained and authorized.
