Job summary

RPM Industries, LLC is seeking a Production Associate to join our Washington, PA team. The role involves working in a production environment across Shipping/Receiving, Motors, Switches, and Hose Assembly, with training provided to learn multiple processes.

The position runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime opportunities as needed. We value teamwork, safety, and a proactive approach to meeting daily goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred; training offered.
