Job summary

R&M Equipment Company is seeking a dependable Logistics & Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods in Spring City, PA.

You will work in a team-focused environment, maintain accurate inventory, and comply with safety standards while meeting tight deadlines. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift operation and basic computer skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or distribution experience a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
• Identify damaged or missing items and report discrepancies.
• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
