Job summary

Quantum Analytics is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to manage daily shipping/receiving tasks in our Texas facility. You will pull, package, and ship orders, operate a hand push forklift, and collaborate with freight forwarders to clear international shipments.

The role requires strong communication, independence, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will maintain warehouse organization, assist with inventory counts, and enter data into the CRM as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Minimum 1 year shipping and receiving experience.
• Highly driven, motivated self-starter, and independent worker.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pull, package, and ship orders.
• Operate a hand push forklift.
• Work with customs broker to clear international shipments.
• Export Shipments.
• Track lost packages.
• Receive incoming shipments.
• Schedule pick-ups with customers and vendors.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse.
• Handle general warehouse duties outlined by management.
• Assist with inventory counts as needed.
• Data entry in company CRM as needed.
• Primary contact for wholesale events.

In this role you will work closely with internal personnel and freight companies to ensure a smooth shipping and receiving process.
