Job summary

Binswanger Glass in Oklahoma City is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate to assemble crates, record contents, and manage loading and unloading at customer sites. You’ll drive a light company truck, pull trailers, and ensure accurate shipment documentation.

You will work with a safety-minded team, handle forklift operations, verify incoming goods, and route items to storage. The role offers comprehensive benefits and stable hours for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Background in warehouse logistics.
• Knowledge of safety techniques and procedures.
• Positive customer service orientation.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Able to work well with other team members.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble containers and crates, record contents manually or in a computer system, pack goods to be shipped and affix identifying information and shipping instructions.
• Oversee and/or perform loading and unloading of goods from trucks or other conveyances; inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices; record shortages and reject damaged goods.
• Unpack, code and route goods to appropriate storage areas; maintain records; operate forklift or hand truck; complete deliveries by loading/unloading at customer sites.
• Complete deliveries by driving company truck (light) or van to customers; pull a trailer hitched to the back of the truck.
