Job summary

Binswanger Glass is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with at least five years in glazing to lead projects from bidding through installation. You will coordinate estimates, submittals, procurement, and scheduling while maintaining strong client relationships and vendor partnerships.

You will establish multi-disciplinary work plans, allocate resources, and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget. Travel to sites is required across assigned markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years glazing industry experience managing, planning and coordinating project resources.
• Knowledge of glass industry dynamics and glazing products.
• Excellent client relationship skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage project from estimating/bidding, detailing, product purchasing, delivery, scheduling, installation, and construction administration.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients including general contractors and end-users.
• Prepare submittals for approval and review project proposals to determine timeframes and resources.
• Establish work plans and staffing for each phase and arrange recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
• Plan, coordinate activities to achieve goals within timeframe and funding parameters.
• Travel is required.
