Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp is seeking an Order Management Specialist to deliver top-tier service from receipt through shipping. You will partner across Scheduling, Purchasing, Engineering, Shipping, and Quality to ensure on-time delivery and accurate order execution in a hybrid onsite model.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage priority orders, and support forecast initiatives while expanding product knowledge and system skills in a complex manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce and Navision–Sales Orders, Planning and Inventory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage priority orders/customers as assigned by Commercial Leadership.
• Focus on recovery efforts with TOP Customers.
• Coordinate with Product Managers and internal departments to keep everyone informed of order status.
• Engage with customers regarding critical orders and communicate delivery plans.
• Work with Production Scheduling to ensure ship dates are communicated to Scheduling and to customers.
• Coordinate order changes with Production Scheduling, Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
• Continue developing product knowledge and system skills.
• Participate in build to forecast initiatives.
• Update reports for management and customers (e.g., plant backlog, on-time shipment, AOG).

Order Management Specialist Job Description

The Order Management Specialist provides top-tier customer service to their assigned accounts through proactive management of orders from receipt through shipping and by partnering with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to ensure best-in-class results.

• Manage priority orders/customers as assigned by Commercial Leadership.
• Focus on recovery efforts with TOP Customers.
• Effectively communicate with Product Managers, internal departments (Scheduling, Purchasing, Engineering, Shipping, and Quality) and Site Leadership to keep everyone abreast of the status of the sales orders throughout the life cycle of the order.
• Engages directly with customers regarding critical orders, coordinating and communicating delivery plans on phone calls and in person as needed.
• Work closely with the Production Scheduling department to ensure the customer requested ship date is communicated to Scheduling and the plant committed ship dates of orders are communicated to Customer Care, Sales and our Customers in a timely manner.
• Ensure all sales order changes are coordinated with Production Scheduling, Engineering, Purchasing (raw materials & outside processing), and Manufacturing to verify the plant's ability to accept the changes.
• Continue developing product knowledge and system skills.
• Participate in build to forecast initiatives.
• Update reports for use by management and customer. Reports include Plant backlog, On-Time Shipment to Request and to Promise, Acknowledgment turnaround time, Escalations including drop in requests and AOG.
