You will be on your feet all day as well as lifting, pushing, and pulling products and/or pallets.Hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.Key Responsibilities:Shipping:Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for direct-to-consumer shipping and FBA.Ensure all packages are labeled correctly and meet shipping guidelines.Coordinate with shipping carriers for timely pickups and deliveries.Inventory Management:Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate records.Update inventory management systems with incoming and outgoing stock.Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.Receiving:Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.Unload and unpack shipments, ensuring items are stored appropriately.Document any discrepancies or damages and report them to the appropriate department.General Warehouse Duties:Maintain a clean and organized work area.Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, such as restocking shelves and assembling products.Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a shipping, receiving, or inventory role, preferably in an ecommerce environment.Familiarity with inventory management systems and shipping software.Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment is a plus.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) as needed.Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.Benefits:401(k) with 3% salary raise given upon enrollment and 2% company matching contribution.Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offLegalShield and IDShield legal and identity theft protection servicesWelcome Home program for purchasing a homeThis role is regular full-time, non-exempt, hourly position.Hardware Sales is committed to the principles of equal employment.
