Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in Franklin, NH is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Administrator to prepare shipping documents, invoices, bills of lading, and packing slips for customer orders. This on-site role reports to the Distribution Center Supervisor and runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.

to 3:30 p.m., with overtime as needed. You will verify paperwork, assist customer service with order issues, monitor shipments, and support inventory accuracy with reports.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ year of related administrative experience.
  • Proficient math skills.
  • Basic computer skills to perform computer-related transactions.
  • Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

  • Completes order maintenance generating invoices for all work assignments.
  • Files various paperwork as required.
  • Prepares bills of lading for shipments to customers and verifies BOL's with actual load sheet.
  • Verifies packing slip and related papers with orders received.
  • Provide POD's for customers and customer service for lost or delayed shipment.
  • Monitors and helps expedite past due orders using the Down in Shipping Report.
  • Obtain dimensions and documents for export shipments; generates export documents when necessary.
  • Files damage claims with trucking companies for payment.

This role is onsite and is based in our Franklin, NH location.First Shift Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m. (over time as needed on front end of shift)Primary Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesCompletes order maintenance generating invoices for all work assignmentsFiles various paperwork as requiredPrepares bills of lading for shipments to customers and verifies BOL's with actual load sheetVerifies packing slip and related papers with orders receivedProvide POD's for customers and customer service for lost or delayed shipmentWorks with Corporate customer service to release orders with internal data entry problems that need to be expedited or are past dueMonitors and helps expedite past due orders using the Down in Shipping ReportObtain dimensions and documents for export shipments.
