Job description

The seven brands comprising TWG include Tulsa Winch, Rufnek, Greer, dp Winch, Gear Products, Pullmaster, and LANTEC. Operating from the Jenks, Oklahoma facility are the Tulsa Winch, Rufnek, Greer, dp Winch, and Gear Products brands, with Pullmaster and LANTEC brands operating from Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.

Our products are used in diverse applications, including onshore oil and gas, utilities, towing and recovery, construction, offshore cranes, marine, forestry, mining, and other construction applications.

This position reports to the Production Supervisor and involves manufacturing operations related to shipping, receiving, and material handling of TWG products.

Essential Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and ship products as required.
  2. Receive, unpack, examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and communicate with shippers to resolve issues.
  3. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading, invoices, and orders by comparing identifying information, counting, weighing, or measuring items.
  4. Load, unload, and move materials using hand trucks, forklifts, or other devices as directed.
  5. Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
  6. Sort parts using the company's inventory record system.
  7. Distribute materials to warehouse and other departments as needed.
  8. Maintain accurate and timely transactions in the ERP system.
  9. Train other employees and assist in other departments as directed.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
  11. Follow ISO procedures to prevent problems, document quality issues, contribute to solutions, verify implementation, and control processing when problems are identified. Also, ensure environmental protection and pollution prevention, and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 years related experience, or equivalent.
  • Ability to travel as required.
