Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Clerk
Location: Tulsa, OK
Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Saturday
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a busy manufacturing environment. This role involves a mix of physical labor, inventory management, and data entry. Candidates must be experienced with forklifts and pallet jacks, and be comfortable working with computers and performing detailed mathematical tasks.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading trucks both manually and with a forklift
• Operate pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
• Fulfill material requests for production and sales orders
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records using computer systems
• Prepare and pack crates for domestic and international shipments
• Ensure quality control documents are submitted with purchase and job orders
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Perform all tasks with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in shipping and receiving
• Forklift certification or proven experience
• Strong computer skills required
• Ability to perform advanced math functions
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
