Job summary

Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring a Warehouse Shipping / Receiving Clerk in Paso Robles, CA. The role is full-time, temp-to-hire, with $20-25 per hour and weekly pay. You’ll handle shipments, labeling, inventory checks and use shipping software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–6 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and speaking to groups.
• Basic math and measurement skills, including calculating area, circumference and volume and using calipers.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and IQMS, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work near moving machinery with frequent exposure to fumes or airborne particles and moderate noise levels.
• Ability to stand for duration of shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, labeling and documentation.
• Coordinate carrier pickups and resolve shipping issues to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
• Monitor inventory, conduct stock checks and assist with restocking and warehouse organization.
• Use shipping software to track shipments, maintain accurate records and generate reports.
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and shipping processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized shipping area and follow safety standards.
• Follow the company’s AS9100-certified Quality Management System, maintain material and process traceability, report nonconformities and complete required training.
• Ensure work meets customer, regulatory and internal requirements for aerospace-grade plastic molding.
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place.
• Completes any other related tasks as needed.
