Job summary

Remington Seeds LLC in Belle Plaine, IA seeks a Shipping coordinator/Quality monitor to manage inbound/outbound loads, inventory accuracy, and QA sampling. The role involves working closely with customers, maintaining records, and supporting safety and QMS compliance on-site.

Expect seasonal shifts and longer hours during harvest or peak shipping periods, with weekend coverage as needed. Must pass background checks and be 18+. In-person work location.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Word & Excel.
• Able to learn our internal inventory system & customers systems.
• Good customer service.
• Attention to detail.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound loads with customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory in our systems (internal and customer systems).
• Monitor QA samples and update records in the system.
• Ensure a safe work environment and follow QMS protocols.
• Assist with harvest season field activities and logistics.
