Job summary

Remington Seeds LLC is seeking a Packaging Supervisor in North Dakota to oversee labeling accuracy and bagging operations for seeds. You will train staff, enforce safety programs, and help maintain quality systems while ensuring efficient, compliant packaging.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift heavy loads; forklift certification is a plus, and a collaborative, dependable attitude is essential to keep production on schedule.

• Background in agriculture is beneficial.
• Computer skills beneficial, advanced skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train packaging staff daily.
• Maintain safe work environment and safety programs.
• Assist with Quality Management System.
• Record and locate information with computers.
• Ensure product integrity through cleaning between bagging runs.
• Ensure packaging accuracy and inventory with timely paperwork.
• Perform preseason maintenance on bagging, conveyor and palletizing equipment.
• Ensure seed pallets are neatly stacked and wrapped.
• Lift and stack materials up to 68 lbs for extended periods.
• Safely operate forklift after training.
• Monitor daily bag output and maintain supplies.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
