Responsibilities

• Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and store services.
• Process and handle packages for drop-off, pick-up, and delivery.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
• Prepare shipments using UPS, USPS and other carriers.
• Support print and copy services including document finishing and binding.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
