Job summary

GTR Link is seeking a PIT Operator II- Shipping in West Point, MS to safely operate stand-up counter balance and deep reach forklifts. You will perform receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping tasks in a USDA-regulated warehouse.

The role requires standing all day, lifting up to 40 pounds, and working extended hours including nights and weekends in a cold storage environment. Prior forklift experience in a large distribution center is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to count and perform basic math.
• Ability to work in frozen temperatures with PPE.
• Attention to detail for accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up counter balance forklifts and stand-up deep reach forklifts safely.
• Receive and put away inbound freight following SOPs.
• Pick and ship outbound freight following SOPs.
• Maintain warehouse and equipment per USDA requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory per SOPs.
• Perform inventory functions as needed.
