Job summary

Photocentric Group in Avondale, AZ is seeking a commercially minded, hands-on Shipping & Packing Supervisor to join our growing operation. You will oversee daily shipping, lead a small team, and ensure accurate documentation and safe packing for outbound orders.

This on-site role offers day shift, competitive hourly pay, and benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, paid holidays, and a modern air-conditioned facility. Previous warehouse supervision and WMS experience are valued.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a shipping or warehouse role.
Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Understanding of logistics processes and warehouse workflows.
Experience with stock counts or cycle counting is beneficial.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent communication in English (spoken and written).
Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Responsibilities

Prepare and complete all shipping documentation accurately and on time.
Communicate with customers regarding shipping updates and resolve issues.
Pack products safely for outbound shipments.
Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to receive goods and manage stock.
Assist with stock allocation, warehouse organization, and picking for production lines.
Collaborate with packing and production teams to ensure material availability for sales orders.
Enter and complete work orders and transactional data in Oracle.
Support routine cycle counts and reconcile stock with records.
Lead and support a small team of packers with high accuracy and productivity.
Operate a forklift as required.
