Job summary

You may spend your day assisting with loading or unloading materials, coordinating with crane operators, and preparing shipments, with training and support from teammates to help you excel.

Qualifications

Must be able to communicate with customers and colleagues.
Able to work in various weather conditions.
Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in unloading and loading of material for customers
Move materials and items from receiving and/or storage areas to shipping or other designated areas
Communicate with crane operators in order to put together shipments correctly
Communicates well with others to build safe stacks and load trucks/railcars efficiently
Placed finished product on trucks for shipping and scan tags on trucks
Maintain work area and location organized and clean for orderliness at all times
Communicate with truck drivers through computer software, cell phones or two way radios
Perform additional duties as needed
Participate in and uphold the CMC Safety Culture

High School Diploma or GED preferred
