Job summary

SendCutSend Inc in the United States is seeking a Shipping Manager to lead outbound shipping operations, ensure on-time fulfillment, and maintain packaging quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will partner with Production and Operations leadership, drive LEAN and 5S in the shipping department, resolve carrier issues, and scale the team as we grow.

This hands-on leadership role requires floor presence, strong systems knowledge, and a focus on cost efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment experience.
• 2+ years of management experience in a manufacturing or fulfillment operations.
• Strong understanding of shipping systems and documentation processes.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use shipping or inventory systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Own daily outbound shipping operations, ensuring on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
• Partner with Production, Quality, and Operations leadership to align shipping output with facility throughput goals.
• Resolve escalated shipping, freight, or carrier issues.
• Drive LEAN and 5S implementation within the shipping department.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase throughput and reduce errors.
• Improve packaging standards to balance cost efficiency and damage prevention.
• Oversee inventory management of shipping supplies and materials.
• Ensure accurate data entry and utilization of shipping and ERP systems.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
