Job summary

Park Wiseway Supply Group is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Supervisor in Tuscaloosa, AL to oversee daily picking and shipping operations, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery. You will supervise staff, coordinate workloads, and enforce safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires 2–4 years in warehouse operations with supervisory experience, knowledge of WMS, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certificate preferred.
2–4 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate warehouse staff in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and shipping documentation.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet shipping deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Experience enforcing safety standards and promoting a safety culture.

Responsibilities

Direct supervision of daily picking and shipping operations for efficiency and accuracy.
Schedule couriers and coordinate logistics as needed.
Address customer complaints or incidents promptly and professionally.
Direct supervision of staff, assign tasks, and manage workflow and staffing levels.
Ensure forklift and equipment safety and proper operation; enforce safety policies.
Pursue process improvements, training, and staff development.
