Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Basic level of expertise in MS Office programs.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinker familiar with production systems and processes.
• Forklift driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Review shipping schedules and coordinate carriers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain records and equipment to meet DOT requirements.
• Work with Production Control regarding ship dates and changes.
• Oversee inspection of products prior to packing for completeness and accuracy.
• Supervise packing and wrapping to verify conformance to specifications.
• Ensure timely shipment to meet customer delivery dates.
• Prepare parts, accessories, and kits for shipment and maintain shipping logs.
• Review shipping processes for efficiency, damage prevention, and cost reduction.
• Engage in required HR activities including coaching, performance management, and associate development.
