Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily shipping activities, ensuring all shipments are processed and dispatched on time.
• Verify accuracy of outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
• Work closely with carriers and logistics providers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and inventory documentation.
• Conduct regular audits to verify shipment accuracy and reduce errors.
• Ensure shipping operations comply with company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain safety protocols for handling, packaging, and loading materials.
• Train team members on proper shipping procedures and workplace safety.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance shipping efficiency and reduce costs.
