Schedule: 6:00am-2:30pm Monday through Friday

Compensation: Lead positions receive an additional $2.00 per hour on top of their base hourly rate.

Job Summary:
The Shipping Lead at Advanced Exhaust Solutions (AES) is responsible for overseeing daily shipping operations to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products. This role coordinates logistics, manages shipping documentation, and ensures compliance with company standards and customer requirements. The Shipping Lead plays a key role in maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and safety in all shipping processes while collaborating with production, inventory, and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities
