Job summary

You will serve as the primary floor contact for shipping processes and drive compliance with client expectations, AMS standards, and transportation regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in 3PL shipping operations.
• Must become DOT and IATA hazmat certified within the first 90 days.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise transportation and floor shipping processes.
• Manage daily reporting for building shippers.
• Track and monitor issues by client and line.
• Coordinate with shippers to meet Logistics and client standards.
• Train employees in packing and shipping functions.
• Support cross-functional teams on shipping efficiencies and procedures.
• Analyze shipments and shipper performance for improvements.
• Supervise sort operations and carrier pickups.
• Oversee hazmat processes and labeling with Operations input.
• Create Bills of Lading for DHL eCOM international via portal.
