Job summary

Reser's Fine Foods in Topeka, KS seeks a Shipping Supervisor to lead daily shipping activities in the Distribution Center and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.

The role requires 1-3 years warehousing experience, forklift exposure, and basic math; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. You will coordinate loading, communicate with sales, and uphold safety standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years warehousing experience is required.
• Forklift experience is required.
• The position will be required to perform basic math.
• Basic PC skills are required.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules work assignments for shipping employees.
• Assists shipping employees in loading trucks as needed.
• Acts as a liaison between the distribution center and the sales department.
• Alerts management of problems in the distribution center.
• Recommends changes to processes and procedures to increase efficiency.
• Assists in the raw materials warehouse as needed.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
