Job summary

Reser's Fine Foods, Inc. seeks a Lead - Distribution Center for the 2nd shift to oversee shipping activities at our Topeka, KS location. This role coordinates staff schedules, assists with loading, and ensures smooth communication with the sales team.

The position requires 1–3 years of warehousing experience, a high school diploma, forklift experience, basic math, and basic PC skills. English/Spanish bilinguals are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years warehousing experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Basic math and basic PC skills required.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule work assignments for shipping staff.
• Assist shipping staff in loading trucks as needed.
• Serve as liaison between distribution center and sales.
• Alert management to problems in the DC.
• Suggest changes to improve efficiency.
• Assist in the raw materials warehouse as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and GMPs.
