Job summary

Four Hands, headquartered in Austin, Texas, is seeking a Shipping Lead to coordinate daily shipping operations, supervise team members, and ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately, safely, and on time. Shift is 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

You will report to the Manager, train associates, monitor SOPs, and collaborate with Inventory Control, Transportation, and Warehouse teams while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of warehouse, distribution, shipping, or lead experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping activities and promote safe, efficient operations.
• Supervise, train, and coach Shipping Associates on shift.
• Ensure outbound orders are picked, packed, staged, and loaded on schedule.
