Job summary

Marmon Utility LLC in Milford, NH is seeking a Shipping Lead to oversee the daily shipping operations, plan and prepare shipments of materials, components, and finished goods to customers and third-party partners. This role supports monthly forecast targets and collaborates with production scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.

You will coach the shipping team, manage backlog, coordinate with Operations on scheduling, and prepare export paperwork for international shipments.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Experience training with fork trucks and pallet jacks; forklift certification preferred or required.
Ability to learn and use a warehouse ERP system; basic computer skills (emails, Word, Excel) needed.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily shipping operations and drive on-time delivery.
Plan and prepare shipments to customers and third-party vendors/warehouses.
Coach and guide shipping team; manage backlog and production scheduling collaboration.
Prepare export paperwork for international shipments and maintain ERP data accuracy.
Safely operate forklifts, inspect equipment, and ensure inventory integrity.
Assist with ISO/LEAN activities and cross-department coordination.
