Job summary

Marmon Utility is seeking a Shipping/Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily shipping operations, plan and prepare shipments, and support monthly forecast targets. You will guide the shipping team, collaborate with Operations for scheduling, and ensure on-time delivery while handling export paperwork for international shipments.

The role requires a high school diploma, forklift experience, and comfort with ERP systems; onsite work in Milford, NH with comprehensive benefits and growth

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Experience training with fork trucks and pallet jacks.
Basic computer skills & ability to learn an ERP system.
Former warehouse experience preferred.
Ability to become forklift certified if not already.

Responsibilities

Coaching and day-to-day guidance to shipping team.
Plan shipments to maximize on-time delivery.
Coordinate with Operations on production scheduling.
Prepare export paperwork for international shipments.
Maintain inventory and ensure safety/compliance.
