Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN in Lansdale, PA is seeking a Shipping Lead for the first shift (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM). The role oversees daily shipping operations, prioritizes workload, and ensures on-time, accurate shipments while maintaining a safe, organized shipping area.

You will lead a small team, use a forklift, verify shipments, coordinate with warehouse and production, and participate in cycle counts and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience required.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Leadership or lead experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to cross-train and assist in multiple departments.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shipping operations and prioritize workload.
• Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing orders accurately and on time.
• Load and unload trucks using a forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Verify shipments and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shipping area.
• Cross-train in additional warehouse and production functions as needed.
