Job summary

ABB is seeking a Warehouse/Internal Logistics Supervisor to lead distribution associates on the onsite shift, ensuring safety, quality, productivity and housekeeping standards.

You will perform process audits, direct daily activities, monitor performance, and coordinate with internal/external customers to assure timely completion of work. Prior leadership and WMS knowledge preferred; 2 years in distribution required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Ability to lead, communicate, and direct distribution associates.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and warehouse systems; able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, communicate and direct distribution associates to meet daily goals with safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping.
• Perform process audits to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and provide feedback on performance and attendance.
• Coordinate shift orders and work plans to maximize efficiency; resolve logistics issues.
