Robinson, Inc. is seeking a Shipping, Receiving, and Material Handling Personnel to manage the flow of WIP parts and raw materials across the facility.

Responsibilities include receiving and shipping, moving materials, maintaining records in ERP systems, and supporting LEAN/6S initiatives in a hands-on manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems like Syteline/CSI.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift.
• Proficient with Windows-based computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, verify, record, label and distribute incoming shipments of WIP, raw materials and items tied directly to a job; inspect for accuracy and damage.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by ensuring accurate counts, proper labeling, packaging and documentation.
• Move raw materials, WIP and any items tied directly to a job between work centers, staging areas and vendor locations.
• Identify inventory items and allow inventory control specialist group to inventory and manage product.
• Adhere to safe manufacturing and material handling practices, including LEAN and 6S initiatives.
• Operate forklifts or other industrial equipment to move materials and ensure timely delivery to work centers.
• Maintain accurate records using computer systems and manage related clerical tasks.
• Coordinate material flow across departments and communicate discrepancies or needs effectively.
• Collaborate with team members, demonstrate strong time management, and support a clean, organized work environment.
• Perform duties indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Support additional production needs as assigned.
