Qualifications

• Some high school education required.
• Basic English reading skills required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with peers, leads, and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Build pallets according to storage and loading specifications.
• Ensure all quality assurance and vendor compliance requirements are met.
• Physically stack and unstack pallets as needed.
• Maintain a consistent flow of products to and from the shipping line.
• Read and sort SKU numbers and product sizes for accurate loading.
• Perform general housekeeping duties (breaking down boxes, removing trash, sweeping).
• Assist with light assembly tasks.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
