Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII is seeking a Shipping Manager in Houston to lead end-to-end shipping operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will oversee domestic and international logistics, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive regulatory compliance while guiding a cross-functional team.

Candidate should have 3+ years in shipping/logistics, supervisory experience, and proficiency with SAP, WMS, and shipping software.

• Experience with inventory management systems, SAP software, and shipping documentation.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and shipping software.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train, motivate, and manage team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of shipping regulations, carrier operations, freight coordination, and international shipping procedures.
• Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and customer service departments.
• Strong understanding of warehouse shipping procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze shipping metrics and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Experience handling sensitive electronic components and ensuring proper packaging standards is preferred.

Education and Experience
