Freres Engineered Wood in Lyons, Oregon, is seeking a Shipping Specialist to support shipping, loading and transportation of manufactured panels. The role reports to the Plant Manager and the Shift Supervisor, with a day shift, and may include some Saturdays and overtime; it is a full-time hourly position.

You will coordinate movement of goods, prepare shipments, track deliveries, operate overhead cranes and lift trucks, maintain inventory, schedule large shipments and ensure space for loading.

Formación

• Must have strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Experience with logistics software, email, spreadsheets.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork.
• Good analytical and math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate movement of goods and shipments.
• Prepare shipments, track deliveries, resolve issues.
• Pick/pack and ship orders.
• Operate overhead cranes and lift trucks.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and records.
• Schedule large shipments and manage space.
• Perform cycle counts.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment.
• Complete reports with required information.
• Assist other branches as needed.
