Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a Distribution Liaison to manage final delivery details with customers and support outbound shipping operations. You will prepare shipments, enter orders in SAP, and coordinate international and parcel shipments while coordinating with transportation teams.

The role requires strong SAP skills, attention to detail, and experience in warehouses. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, with potential overtime as needed and no travel required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in-house production, shipping, or material handling.
• Minimum 1–2 years administrative experience in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
• Able to competently perform SAP transactions.
• Hazmat certifications (IATA, IMDG, 49CFR) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Call customers to confirm deliveries 48 hours before ship date.
• Create all deliveries in SAP from orders and document handling requirements.
• Plan international (ocean) and Parcel shipments in SAP and coordinate execution.
• Respond to Order Management requests to adjust orders/deliveries and communicate changes to transportation.
• Coordinate trailer availability and equipment needs with Transportation Team daily.
• Maintain alignment with local LTL terminals for pickup equipment.
