Prysmian is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Coordinator to support daily SAP-driven shipping and receiving activities, order processing, and cross-functional coordination. This hands-on role operates within a small team, prioritizing accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of SAP experience in shipping/logistics, strong communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining data integrity

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• At least 2-3 years hands-on SAP experience in shipping/receiving/logistics workflows.

Aufgaben

• Execute daily shipping and receiving operations, processing all related documentation and system transactions.
• Perform SAP transactions related to shipping, receiving, and order processing (including PGI and order allocation).
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, customer service, production) and external partners (carriers, drivers) regarding schedules, changes, and delivery updates.
• Process bills of lading and shipping documentation.
• Support truck planning and shipment coordination; respond to inventory-related inquiries and support customer service requests.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and data integrity across systems.
• Ship samples and manage small package shipments (e.g., UPS).
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of DC operations.
