Job summary

Interroll Corporation in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a full-time role in a manufacturing environment. You will process orders, calculate freight charges, and prepare shipments while using SAP and other ERP tools.

The position requires a high school diploma and at least three months of related experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic MRP knowledge. Forklift operation is a part of the job, and the shift involves standing, walking, and lifting up to 50

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least three months of related experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with MRP.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

Process orders for shipping using ERP (SAP) system.
Calculate and add freight charges to invoices.
Process packages in UPS and FedEx software.
Verifies and keeps records of outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment.
Determines method of shipment, routes, and rates.
Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items against bills of lading, invoices, or orders.
Affix shipping labels on packed cartons or pallets and confirm shipping information on each box/pallet.
Operate stand up and sit down forklift or hand truck/pallet jack.
Direct others in preparing outgoing shipments.
All other duties as assigned.
