Job summary

AlphaGraphics in Tempe, AZ is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Agent to own shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume print facility.

You will work closely with production and sales to meet deadlines, manage stock levels, and uphold quality standards while developing toward leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years experience in shipping/logistics preferred; print industry experience a plus.
• Computer skills including Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with shipping software.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills; multitasking ability.
• Able to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs; physically able to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders accurately and on time.
• Package and label shipments per customer requirements and carrier regulations.
• Coordinate with UPS, FedEx, freight, and local carriers to schedule pickups and track deliveries.
• Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and required documentation.
• Receive incoming goods, verify against orders, and maintain inventory records.
• Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments and communicate status to teams.
