Job summary

AlphaGraphics on University is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Agent to handle receiving, shipping, and inventory in a fast-paced printing facility. You will work closely with production and sales teams to ensure accurate, timely material flow and uphold quality standards.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to grow into production or leadership roles. Experience in shipping, fulfillment, or warehouse work is a plus, with training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years experience in shipping/logistics preferred; print industry a plus.
• Computer skills including spreadsheets (Excel, Google) and various shipping software (PrintSmith, ShipLeap).
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
• Able to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders accurately and on time.
• Package and label shipments per customer requirements and carrier regulations.
• Coordinate with UPS, FedEx, freight, and local carriers to schedule pickups and track deliveries.
• Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and required documentation.
• Receive incoming goods and verify against purchase orders or packing lists.
• Maintain inventory levels of shipping supplies and perform cycle counts.
• Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments and communicate status with teams.
