• Perform daily clerical functions related to shipping, receiving, inventory, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper shipping records and keep documentation organized.
• Enter, review, and verify shipping information with attention to detail.
• Use Microsoft Outlook for professional internal and customer communication.
• Use Microsoft Excel for shipment tracking, reporting, data entry, and maintaining shipping information.
• Review emails and customer communications promptly and professionally.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues with the appropriate team members.
