Aluf Plastics seeks a Shipping Clerk for our Orangeburg, NY facility. You will prepare shipping documents, arrange freight, and manage proof of deliveries while coordinating with customers and carriers.

Qualifications

• Shipping experience required.
• Customer service oriented.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Fast learner.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documents and arrange freight shipments with carriers.
• Manage shipping documents and proof of deliveries for records.
• Coordinate with departments, customers, and carriers to resolve issues (damages, shortages, late/missing deliveries).
• Follow departmental policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet department and company needs.
• Available for overtime and Sundays as needed.
